Purpose, to encourage interest in local Odonata, map their
distribution, identify important sites in the county.

Branch of the British Dragonfly Society - Formed in 1994,
the branch promotes the study and conservation of dragonflies (or
Odanata to enthusiasts) by encouraging people of all ages and
backgrounds to take part in the various activities which are
organised, including pond dipping and surveys of land and water.
